[01] Corporate Films

Corporate and brand films

For companies that need to show what they do and why it matters - brand films, factory films and product launches built around your process, not a script from outside it.

[03] Why corporate film

When your product or process needs to be seen

A brand is the image a company projects, and increasingly that image is built on film rather than on a brochure. Corporate and brand films cover a wide range of needs: a values film that puts a face and a voice to the company, a process or factory film that shows how something is actually made, a product launch film timed to a release date, or a looping film that plays on a screen at a trade stand for a full day. Each of these calls for a different structure, but the brief usually starts in the same place - a client who understands their own process better than anyone, and needs a crew that can film in an operating facility without disrupting it, interview staff on camera, and turn technical detail into a film a non-technical audience still wants to watch.

[06] Process

From brief to final film, in four steps

[01]

Brief and access

We meet to understand your process, agree what can be filmed on site, and plan around your operations so production does not interrupt a working facility.

[02]

Filming on location

We film interviews, process footage and B-roll on your site, working around shift patterns and safety requirements with a crew briefed on your industry.

Approval gate
[03]

Edit and approval

You review a structured edit before any grading or sound work begins, so the story and message are signed off while changes are still easy to make.

[04]

Grading, sound and delivery

We grade, mix and finish the approved edit, then deliver every length and format your channels need - from a 90-second cutdown to a full film.

[08] FAQ

Corporate films - questions we get asked

Definitively, we produce internationally, travelling with our own team where it makes sense and working with trusted local crews when local knowledge or logistics are more important. Creative direction, production oversight and post-production remain coordinated by Panopticon, so the project keeps one visual and production standard across all locations.

We usually deliver various format by editing a 90-second, 60-second or 30-second version from the same footage as the full film, plus square and vertical crops for social platforms. These are quoted alongside the main film rather than as a separate production. Also we deliver social media hooks that last 10 seconds or 15 seconds.

It depends on the story - often company leadership, technical staff or customers, chosen for what they can speak to credibly rather than seniority alone. We prepare interview questions and briefing notes in advance so participants know what to expect and are comfortable on camera.

When filming inside an operating facility, safety comes first. We work within the client's HSE procedures, site rules and internal training requirements, and agree the full shooting plan in advance - including locations, timing and crew movements. A designated safety or site representative accompanies us during production, so every stage is coordinated with the facility's normal operations.

Most corporate and brand films take 4-8 weeks from brief to final delivery, including planning access to your site, filming, and a structured edit review before grading. Multi-location projects or films requiring more interviews sit toward the longer end of that range.

Pricing depends on scope, shoot days and how many locations or interviews are involved. As a guide, a single brand or values film typically runs EUR 5,000-12,000, while a multi-location factory film or a launch film with wider scope can run EUR 15,000-30,000 or more.
