PepsiCo – 5 Years in Kraków

PepsiCo's fifth anniversary in Kraków was a natural moment to look back on what the local team had built, but the organisation was also in the middle of a major transformation. The film had to celebrate five years and point to the future at the same time.

We avoided a classic retrospective of archive photos and milestones. Instead we treated the anniversary as a transition, from building PepsiCo's presence in Kraków to the Kraków Capability Center as a growing international hub for the global organisation, with the Dare for Better culture at the centre of the story. Visually, we combined motion design, animated typography and illustration with footage from the Kraków office, moving freely between live action and animation.

The film worked in two settings: at the local anniversary celebrations, and on LinkedIn as a short story about what PepsiCo Kraków is today and where it is heading.
